Before you purchase
Cancellation and service credit
Audit purchases are nonrefundable. If you decide not to proceed before submitting your questionnaire, you may request that the amount paid be applied as a credit toward another Duplessis Digital service.
The credit is valid for 12 months from your purchase date and applies toward the service’s current price. Any remaining balance is your responsibility. Once your questionnaire is submitted and the Audit work begins, the purchase is no longer eligible for conversion to a service credit.
If we are unable to deliver your Audit, you may choose a full refund or a service credit.
